Two more agreements, referenced from inside the product
A parent consent and media release, drafted as a licence rather than an assignment — the student keeps their work and the family grants 0Skips permission to use it for defined purposes. And an AI disclosure, which is the wording a student sees when they say what a tool did. Using AI is allowed and it is a category of entry; not saying so is the problem. Both are versioned and recorded per entry.
What is true today
How we protect students and what a parent needs to know describe how the product behaves right now, in plain language, with the unsettled parts marked as unsettled. They are not legal documents and they do not pretend to be.
