Legal pages

The documents that will govern the contest and the platform, and where each one stands.

Draft. This page is not the document. It describes what the document will cover, so you can see the shape of it while an attorney writes the operative wording.

An attorney writes all four. The founder has to confirm every number in the contest rules before that work starts.

Terms of use
The agreement between 0Skips and every account holder.
Privacy notice
What is collected, where it lives, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Official contest rules
How entries qualify, how winners are decided, and what is awarded.
Take it down
Removing your own work, or reporting a problem with someone else's.

Two more agreements, referenced from inside the product

A parent consent and media release, drafted as a licence rather than an assignment — the student keeps their work and the family grants 0Skips permission to use it for defined purposes. And an AI disclosure, which is the wording a student sees when they say what a tool did. Using AI is allowed and it is a category of entry; not saying so is the problem. Both are versioned and recorded per entry.

What is true today

How we protect students and what a parent needs to know describe how the product behaves right now, in plain language, with the unsettled parts marked as unsettled. They are not legal documents and they do not pretend to be.
