We keep legal identity and parent contact information in a separate, restricted system, and limit access to the people who need it to run the contest safely. Private submissions are available only through authorized access; publishing a contest video requires the family's permission and our safety checks. For AI song judging, we prepare an audio copy without identifying file details and keep the link to your child's account inside 0Skips. With the applicable permission, OpenAI's API helps assess the song. API content is not used for model training by default; abuse-monitoring logs may contain it for up to 30 days, with legal and safety exceptions. Zero Data Retention is being pursued and is not currently promised. You can contact us with questions about access, permissions, or deleting your family's information.
